How AppleSkin Is Made
A simplified, efficient process that transforms plant-based byproducts into high-performance materials

STEP 1
Collection of Apple Pomace
Leftover apple pomace from the beverage production is collected as a byproduct.

STEP 2
Cleaning & Drying
Pomace is cleaned, sterilized, and thoroughly dried.

STEP 3
Nano-sizing
Dried pomace is converted into nano-sized particles.

STEP 4
Blending with Water-borned PU
Nano-particle are blended into eco-friendly water-borned polyurethane.

STEP 5
Coating on Base Textile
The blend is coated onto a pre-pared recycle textile base or biobased textile base.

STEP 6
Texture & Color Finishing
Final surface is finished with textures and colors for luxury appeal.
