Since about 25% of apples are wasted during thee pressing process, apple pomace is one of the most produced food wastes, approximately 4 million tonnes per year worldwide. Rather than landfilling this huge amount, we reuse it as a safe renewable resource to minimize our environmental impact.

The pulp and peel of lemons leftover after making lemonade or lemon juice are good materials for upcycling. The unique bright color of lemon is the optimal condition for implementing bright colors when it becomes a fabric.

Brewer's spent grain is the grain leftover from the beer brewing process and is a by-product of the brewing industry. About 39 million tonnes of brewing grain are produced worldwide each year. It is rich in protein and fiber, so it has unlimited potential to be reborn through upcycling.
