From Waste to Wonder

How AppleSKin Is Made

By repurposing waste by-products that would normally end up in landfill after beverage production, we use innovative technology to transform them into nano-sized powder and mix them into the water-based polyurethane.

Other plant-based fibers (Lyocell) or fibers derived from recycled plastic bottles (RPET) are coated with a mixture of water-based polyurethane and waste.

Color and texture are added to complete Vegatex AppleSkin. It is being used in various industries such as fashion accessories and interior design.

At the end of its lifespan, it returns to nature.
